Butter outside faces of bread.

Spread Dijon mayo on inside. Layer cheddar, smoked chicken, caramelised onion, top cheddar.

Press in panini grill 4–5 min until crust crisp and cheese fully melted.

Cut diagonal. Plate with fries.
