Grill chicken breast 4 min each side to internal 74°C. Rest 2 min, slice on bias.

Warm tortilla on flat-top 20 sec each side.

Spread pesto down centre line. Layer lettuce, tomato, chicken, feta.

Fold ends in, roll tight. Cut on the bias.

Plate cut-side up with fries.
