Method

Spread corn chips in single layer on heat-safe plate or skillet.

Top with cheddar, then warm beef con carne distributed across.

Top with more cheese. Bake or salamander 3 min until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Pull from heat. Spoon salsa, sour cream, guacamole in three distinct quenelles across the top.

Scatter spring onion and jalapeño. Serve immediately — chips soften fast.
