Spaghetti, cooked al dente100 g (cooked)
Butter, for tossing5 g
Sauce
Bolognaise sauce (batch, SUB-BOL-SAUCE), kid-mild150 g
Garnish
Parmesan, grated10 g
Parsley, chopped (optional)2 g
Method

Reheat bolognaise sauce gently.

Boil water, reheat pasta 1 min, drain. Toss with butter for shine.

Twist pasta into nest on a kid bowl with tongs.

Spoon sauce over top — not all the way, leave pasta visible at edges.

Sprinkle parmesan. Parsley optional.
