Steak-cut potato chips150 g
Topping
Cheddar, grated (PURCHASED)40 g
Mozzarella, grated (PURCHASED)20 g
Chives, fine chopped3 g

Fryer at 180°C. Cook chips 6 min golden. Drain.

Pile chips into a heat-safe small bowl or skillet.

Top with mixed cheese.

Salamander or broil 2 min until cheese fully melted.

Scatter chives. Salt lightly.
