House burger sauce, mild15 g

Tomato, sliced thin20 g

Grill patty 2 min one side, flip, top with cheese, 1 min more for medium-well (cook through for kids).

Toast cut faces of mini bun.

Spread burger sauce on faces. Build: bun + lettuce + tomato + patty + caramelised onion + bun.

Cut in half if helpful. Plate with chips.
