Jasmine rice, cooked + chilled180 g
Veg + Aromatics
Carrot, fine dice25 g
Peas, sweet25 g
Capsicum, fine dice20 g
Garlic, fine chop4 g
Egg, beaten (omit for V)1
Seasoning (mild for kids)
GF tamari8 ml
Sesame oil3 ml
Method

Wok or large pan on medium-high (less aggressive than adult version).

Stir-fry garlic + veg 2 min until just softening.

Push to side, scramble egg.

Add chilled rice, break up, toss 2 min.

Add tamari + sesame oil. Toss to coat.

Plate in a kid-friendly mound.
