Chicken breast, fine dice, cooked60 g
Garlic, fine chop4 g
Egg, beaten1
Vegetables
Carrot, fine dice20 g
Peas, sweet20 g
Seasoning (mild)
GF tamari8 ml
Sesame oil3 ml
Method

Wok on medium-high.

Stir-fry garlic + veg 1 min. Add diced chicken, 1 min to heat through.

Push to side, scramble egg.

Add chilled rice, break up, toss 2 min.

Add tamari + sesame oil. Toss.

Plate in kid bowl.
