Reef fish fillet, kid portion100 g
Beer batter, kid mild (SUB-BEER-BATT)80 g
Flour, for dusting15 g

Steak-cut potato chips120 g
Tomato ketchup (PURCHASED)20 g
Method

Fryer at 180°C. Cook chips 5 min golden. Drain, salt lightly (less than adult portion).

Pat fish dry, dust flour, dip batter to coat.

Fry fish 3–4 min until golden, internal 60°C.

Drain on paper. Plate fish + chips on a kid-friendly plate. Ketchup in a small ramekin.
