Champagne ham, shaved (PURCHASED)80 g
Cheddar cheese, sliced (PURCHASED)60 g
Wholegrain mustard12 g

Butter outside of bread.

Spread mustard on inside. Layer cheddar, ham folded into ribbons, top cheddar.

Press in panini grill 4–5 min until deep golden and cheese melted through.

Cut diagonal. Plate with fries.
