Grill chicken breast 4 min each side to internal 74°C. Rest 2 min.

Toast cut sides of bun on flat-top, lightly butter.

Spread garlic mayo on both cut faces.

Layer base bun + lettuce + tomato + chicken + top bun.

Insert burger pick if needed. Plate with fries.
