Streaky bacon, crisped (PURCHASED)90 g (3 rashers)
Iceberg lettuce, leaf20 g
Tomato, sliced50 g
Garlic aioli25 g

Steak-cut fries150 g

Crisp bacon on flat-top 3 min. Drain on paper.

Toast cut sides of sourdough roll on the flat-top, lightly butter.

Spread aioli on both cut faces. Layer lettuce, tomato, bacon.

Close, press lightly. Cut diagonal.

Plate with fries.
