Iceberg lettuce, leaf20 g
Tomato, sliced50 g
Garlic aioli25 g

Steak-cut fries150 g
Method

Crisp bacon on flat-top 3 min. Drain on paper.

Toast cut sides of sourdough roll on the flat-top, lightly butter.

Spread aioli on both cut faces. Layer lettuce, tomato, bacon.

Close, press lightly. Cut diagonal.

Plate with fries.

Cut diagonal, ingredients stacked tight, fillings not spilling. Toast must be visible at the edges.
