Method

Grill chicken to 74°C, rest, slice. Crisp bacon on flat-top, drain on paper, crumble.

Toss chopped romaine with Caesar dressing — coat evenly, no clumps.

Warm tortilla 20 sec each side.

Layer dressed romaine, chicken, bacon, parmesan down the centre.

Fold ends in, roll tight. Cut on the bias.

Plate with fries.
